Casa Mariposa is a luxury two-bedroom condominium located on the 12th floor of the prestigious Bay View Grand Residential in Ixtapa Mexico. Ixtapa is a smaller community on the west coast of Mexico located 8 km north of Zihuatanejo and has one of the best beaches, the only Blue Flag beach, on the Mexican Pacific coast.
Our condo has stunning views from the 12th floor and the balcony overlooks the sweeping curve of the beach and Ixtapa Bay, facing southwest so you can savour the exquisite sunsets every evening; they are breathtaking! The full-width oceanview balcony has comfortable patio furniture with two swivel rockers, a chaise lounger, and two rocking chairs.
The master bedroom walks out onto the balcony and has a king-sized bed, remote-controlled ceiling fan and a large ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and the windows look east over Ixtapa village and the golf course to the mountains and the sunrise. It has its own three-piece ensuite bathroom.
The kitchen features granite countertops, upgraded beautiful parota wood cupboards with a bar counter and the large laundry room is off the kitchen with a washer and dryer and washing tub. The dining area has a lovely glass-top table and seating for 8 people with a ceiling fan and a mirrored wall which gives a sense of space and light with great reflected views along the bay.

Small appliances include an electric kettle, toaster, and drip coffee maker. and blender to name a few. Top-of-the-line knife set, SSTL dishware and pans, and all the necessities to prepare your meals and serve on European plates
All bedroom linens and bathroom towels are of exceptional quality with quantities for four guests.
