About the Owners
Mark Dresslar and his daughter Erica are the owner/operators of Casa Mariposa. Mark and his family have been coming to the Ixtapa / Zihuatanejo area for decades and they all love spending time in the warm Mexican winters. So, when the opportunity presented itself to purchase one of the highly desirable 2 bedroom units on the upper floors of the Bay View Grand Residential, he purchased Casa Mariposa.
During the other parts of the year, Mark and Erica call Lake Tahoe home.
Continually Improving and Upgrading
Mark and Erica have plans to take up the previous owner's enthusiasm for continually improving and upgrading the unit with furnishings and renovations to ensure the condo is up-to-date and comfortable for them and their guests.
