“Another stay in paradise”

This was our 2nd consecutive year at Casa Mariposa at the Bayview Residential and our extended stay - 8 weeks vs last year's 6 weeks - was once again blissful. We ate in 4-5 nights per week - the view from the 12th floor terrace is to die for - and the kitchen is fully equipped. One factor that I'd omitted in my first review is to mention how nice the staff at the Residential are. And the sincerest recommendation I can make is that we have already reserved for next year. Thank you for taking such good care of our home away from home!

“Great Beachfront 2 Bedroom”

We stayed in the 2 bedroom Casa Mariposa unit, and we loved it! The condo is clean, spacious, comfortable and has everything you need in the well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and laundry room. The views and sunsets are beautiful and the crashing waves lulled us to sleep at night. The Bay View Grand property is also clean, safe and just beautiful. The location cannot be beat. We hope to return again for a longer stay!

“Exceeded our expectations -truly exceptional!

 Ixapa Bay itself is truly a wonder and the view from the terrace unequaled. There is no doubt that they chose their unit well as it is truly one of the best located at the BVGR. We greatly appreciated recommendations as far as where to do our groceries, Commercial Mexicano, buy local produce and fish, Mercado Municipal, the best restaurants, interesting excursions, Troncones, Isla Ixtapa, Playa Linda... Clearly, the owners are intent on providing their guests with an experience to cherish. In my case I worked full-time the last 2 weeks of our stay, and you should see the sight from my office! Casa Mariposa is truly heaven on earth.

“So close to everything!”

This is the second year that we have rented Casa Mariposa and again we couldn't have been happier!! They have everything you need and it is all first rate. Being on the 12th floor, the view is spectacular! We greatly enjoy the comfy furniture on the balcony for morning coffee and the best sunsets anywhere!!! The location is great because you are so close to everything! We love Ixtapa, super relaxing and ultra enjoyable. The accommodations are PARADISE in paradise! Can't wait until we're retired because two weeks is not long enough. We will be back!
